What is Surevue Johnson & Johnson?


A contact lens Surevue (also known as "contact", for short) is a corrective or cosmetic Surevue lens placed on the cornea of the Surevue eye atop the iris.

Contacts can Surevue come in a number of varieties, Surevue including hard and soft (extended-wear and disposable, respectively). The most commonly Surevue used contact lenses today, however, are of the Johnson & Johnson soft variety, invented in 1961 Surevue by the Czech chemist Otto Wichterle (1913–1998).

For example, non-aerosol preservative-free Surevue saline solution typically only last two Surevue weeks once opened.
